A designer and creative lead with over 10 years of experience spanning freelance, agency and in-house teams.

I'm an enthusiastic communicator and problem-solver who genuinely loves the collaboration as much as the craft. Design is fundamentally a human endeavor, and I thrive on teams where people show up authentically and never lose sight of who they're actually making things for.

Most recently I was at TextNow for five years, starting as the founding brand designer and growing into a craft and people leader focused on threading the needle between brand and product design.

In addition to design, here are a few of my favorite things:

• A bucket of LEGOs and no instructions

• Karaoke breaks between meetings

• Ska (I wish I was joking)

• Making elaborate gingerbread houses
